They moved it a few months back. They make you wait hours for an advisor but if you put everything you need in the chat messages and you leave the tab open and come back later they will have looked in to it for you. Beats emailing their customer service team who are taking a few weeks to respond at the moment.
You have probably been given a new account manager it all got moved around in the rejoining of RM / PF.
