It’s been 10 and a half years since my first ever post on UK Business Forums… I’d happened upon a community of people, some like-minded, that I could have an often fun and often mutually-beneficial conversation with. I have people I still work with today, a few companies on, that I met as a direct result of the forum itself… ‘If it wasn’t for UK Business Forums I probably wouldn’t be where I am today’… through one small-scale business, through to one I exited.

UKBF is full of small businesses that know how to get things and where to get them. That’s been really useful. They’ll help you out and even give professional advice for free to start with. It’s also a helpful place to pick up new customers, with many forum members fitting Voipfone’s target market.

The topic affects everyone, so I always wanted to talk about it with people and get feedback on how they are currently doing it, how they felt about chasing customers for payment. I came to the UKBF community to ask questions about things like how effective my website was – and have always found members offering excellent advice.
