Remote IT support packages

Hi, For many years we have used BT IT support package, which has been great and costs us £8.50 per month. However, BT closed this service at the end of last month. Does anyone know, or can recommend any similar service? Did anyone else use this service, and if so who have they moved to?

Your local IT support businesses should be able to help you with this. Cost will depend very much on what level and type of support you need.

I think you'll struggle to find any IT Business offering a good service at £8.50 per month. My managed plans start at £12.50 (+ vat) per device per month and then project and onsite work is charged separately.

Depending on how many issues you have per month you might be better starting on a Ad-Hoc plan with a local company and then looking at a Monthly package if you find it better.

We are a managed IT/service provider (MSP).

Our basic package is £12.50 + vat per device per month.

If BT was covering all your support for £8.50 then that was a great but understandable why they would stop providing it. I dont know of any other good IT providers that would be that low as a single monthly cost or per device.
